To put it simply, one of the best customer service communications.that I have ever experienced. I 'm not blowing smoke, satisfied with the whole transaction. Lennox and Vinney were helpful to make sure I had everything I needed to finish my project. Product was delivered on time it was promised, The packaging could have been (I think) a little more secure. It was pretty trashed by the time I received it. Product was exposed in places, by way of the box being opened. Looks like it could have fell out at somewhere along the line, and was put back in.The metal portions were in god shape, not damaged. Minor elements did not fair as well,' I kept in constant communication, customer service was polite and patient, and answered any questions that I had. Contacted Vinney and mentioned that I received the order and told him of it's condition, Would recommend the company and products, and will so in future. THANK YOU.
