Up for grabs is a single 3 ply rubber sleeve bag Made duply strong and with forged material plates. Direct fit with no brackets needed for your coilovers. Price is per bag. Please select from the drop down menu which model coilovers you have to ensure direct fit.
- 1 remove top hat
2 remove spring
3 remove bump stop
4 on some models you must remove the saucer and press out the pillow ball spacer
5 remove sticker label on the smooth portion of the shock before the thread portion in order for the o rings seal properly.
6 put small o rings on the shaft of the top of the shock
7 install air bag by screwing it on until it naturally stops
8 install top hat
9 install fitting gently on an angle and also add teflon. PLEASE BE GENTLE WHEN INSTALLING FITTINGS. It must go in easy if not you will cross thread and damage the port and we are not responsible for.
10 install airstruts on car after install the management and then inflat the bags then settle the car on the floor.
11 check for leaks. Some vehicles you may need to raise the tank pressure to 200 in order to raise and lower the vehicle.
12 you must tune your suspension while driving, some you may need to raise the shock or lower the shock in order to find you perfect stance.
13 the more air you have the more bumpy it is, the less air you have the more cozy it is.
14 don't worry if it takes a lot of air pressure to raise your car and drive on them, it is natural for our airbags to take certain pressure from other brands.
15 I'm running at almost 190 psi on my struts is that ok? will it blow? no, our air bags are rated at 300 psi in which your system can not handle.
